Job Summary:
The GET – Technical will support the NPD team, help improve existing products, and ensure all technical documents and system details are accurate. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Presales, Technical, Operations and QC to maintain product quality and compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to documentation and system management.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Product & Solution Development: Assist the New Product Development (NPD) team in creating new solutions and improving existing products to meet customer and market needs..
- Technical Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed technical documents, including Technical Data Sheets (TDS) and Vendor Data Sheets (VDS).
- System CRM Updates: Update product information accurately and on time in SAP and Salesforce (SFDC) systems to ensure data consistency and smooth operations
- Presales Technical Support: Provide technical compliance support and assistance to the Presales Engineering team.
- GeM Portal Activities: Handle activities related to the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal, including product listing, documentation, and compliance management.
- Tender Documentation: Prepare and validate all tender-related technical documents, ensuring alignment with customer specifications and compliance standards.
Candidates Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electronics, Electrical, or related field).
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
