Job Description:
- Product & Solution Development: Support the New Product development team in developing new solutions and enhancing existing products
- Technical Documentation : Prepare and maintain detailed technical documents, including Technical Data Sheets (TDS) and Vendor Data Sheets (VDS)
- System CRM Updates : Ensure timely and accurate updates of product Ā information in SAP and Salesforce (SFDC) systems
- Presales Technical Support : Provide technical compliance support to the Presales Engineering team
- Gem Portal Activities: Handle activities related to the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal, including product listing, documentation, and compliance.
- Tender Documentation : Prepare and validate all tender-related technical documents, ensuring alignment with customer specifications and compliance requirements
