Job Summary:

The Quality Inspector will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the established standards of quality including inspection, documentation, and reporting. The individual will primarily focus on dispatch inspection, final QC inspection of fiber panels, and the collection and documentation of product photos against part numbers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Dispatch Inspection:
   • Confirm product specifications against established standards.
   • Conduct counting of products to ensure accuracy.
   • Perform visual inspections to verify product quality and conformity.
   • Ensure standard packing procedures are followed.
   • Dedicate specific time in the store for counting and dispatch- related activities.
2. Final QC Inspection (Fiber Panels):
   • Execute quality control inspections on fiber panel to ensure they meet the predetermined quality standards.
   • Identify and report any discrepancies or defects in the product.
   • Collaborate with the production team to address and resolve quality concerns promptly.
   • Document inspection results and maintain records for traceability.
3. Product Photo Documentation:
   • Collect product photos corresponding to specific part numbers or product identifiers.
   • Organize and compile product photos to create comprehensive documentation for product identification purposes.
   • Ensure accuracy and completeness of photo documentation, maintain updated records.

Requirements:

1. Ready to travel or relocate to the Doddaballapura location as required.
2. Proven experience or understanding of quality assurance processes and standards.
3. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or discrepancies effectively.
4. Proficient in using various inspection tools and equipment.
5. Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
6. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
7. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
