Job Summary:
The Technical Coordinator will act as a critical liaison between the technical, product, and SCM teams to ensure seamless coordination for pre-sales and project execution activities. The individual will be responsible for managing technical project documentation, monitoring technical activities, and supporting the technical team in compliance, solution documentation, and stakeholder engagement. This role demands strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to meet deadlines and ensure project deliverables are met.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaboration and Coordination
- Work alongside Technical, Product, and SCM teams on opportunities to ensure project
requirements are met. - Coordinate with technical and backend teams for sample arrangements and monitor
technical activities.

- Manage technical aspects of projects, including analyzing and assigning tasks to meet Turn-
Around Time (TAT). - Follow up rigorously until tasks are completed.

- Assist the technical team with compliance, Bill of Materials (BOM), and solution documentation.
- Familiarity with CAD drawings to interpret or create technical diagrams and plans.

- Perform routine administrative duties like generating reports, preparing work schedules,
data entry, and handling paperwork. - Maintain and manage technical project documentation.

- Regular follow-up on technical team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensure timely
updates in Salesforce (SFDC).

- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Draft and deliver product presentations with the support of the technical manager.
Candidates Requirements:
- The candidate should be willing to travel to meetings in Chennai and Kanchipuram as needed.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, take ownership, and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in technical coordination.
